VW GOLF MK4 CD MULTICHANGER

Just bought a mk 4 golf with a 12 cd sony multichanger in the boot, however, the nice chap I bought it of has removed the Sony radio and put a vw Gamma in.
The question is what do I need to do to make the cd changer work, as the conection that is on the cable now is for a Sony radio?
