Hello, last year i fitted a new Heater control valve due to having no heating coming into my car.However i still appear to have the same problem this year. I've run my engine for hours in hope that i had a air lock/ bubble yet still cold air???? Please help x

Its just Normal.
Replace the thermostat.
It needs another Heater control valve. Make sure it's a proper Ford one, and not made by someone else.
