I have a strange noise under my bonnet - it is intermittent, doesn't happen with any particular action such as accelerating or decelerating. I would describe it as a whirring vibration sound... my daughter, who has wonderful powers of description, said it sounded like Rolf Harris doing that strange noise he does, or his didgeridoo....
Any ideas? It has only started happening with this cold snap and I am sure it is coming from under the bonnet as opposed to within the dashboard somewhere.
Thanks.
(This is a serious question despite Rolf references....)
hahaha you could ask him to sing "two little boys" this would distract you from the noise! sorry but the title of your question made me chuckle so much! :) thanks x
It was deliberate.... Motoring can be soooo boring (to a girl such as I) ... I wanted to inject a little christmas spirit into a section other than mad chatterbank ;-)
Moon: I know it's petrol, but I'm unsure of whether it's a 1600 or 1800.
Eddie: No it's definitely not a fan. The noise only lasts a few seconds and it is a whirr... sometimes it happens every few minutes, some days it doesn't happen at all - on an identical journey.
