Not clearing snow from car roof before driving
My son's mate supposedly was given am on the spot fine the other day because his car still had several inches of snow on the roof whilst he was driving. I hadn't heard of this before, what road rule would it come under?

and also it puts too much pressure on your wipers and may cost you money not just in fines but in replacing the damaged wiper arm/motor
in the end is it worth it to drive with snow on your roof I know it can be fun to watch but at the same time it can be a hazard to others
