Congestion Charge Auto Pay

Due to our company spending more last year on CC penalties then actual CC charges, we were thrilled when the new Auto Pay system was introduced. I have registered all 4 vans on it but when I looked at it today, the two vans I know where in the CC zone yesterday did not appear on the account. As this is a new system I doubt I will get many answers but just wondered if anyone else has used it and if their vehicle has shown on on the account or have an idea how long it will take to show up?
