Parking On Pavement
6 Answers
We live at the end of a very short cul-de-sac - what potential problems can anyone see if we park a mini half-on and half-off the pavement outside our house (the postman already takes a short cut across the paved front area).

It's only an offence to obstruct a public footpath (which, from your post, it seems unlikely that you'd actually be doing).
So I can't see why you'd have any problems.
However there are always a few awkward neighbours, aren't there?
