standard daily rest is 11 hrs though this can be reduced to 9 hrs no more than twice in any week.

you can work for a max of six daysthough the reduced rest period must be paid back before the end of the third week.

we regularly change vehicles 4 times in a shift didnt realise there was any legal limit on changing. the rear of the chart has space to insert the vehicles driven.
