company speeding convictions claims

a company are claiming that they can (and have)got people off speeding convictions and that cameras are not correct and they claim they "can challenge identity of driver and reported speed" i phoned them and they immediately wanted my full name even though it was a general enquiry and suggested i send a fax of my summons from which they would inspect and let me know if i have a case but would not elaborate on cost.
is this the holy grail? - how are they justifying such bold claims in apparently prima facie cases?? as i was the driver and i was doing 39mph in a 30 mph zone - case closed surely?

they will charge you quite a bit,and there is no guarrantee they will get you off it,so be careful
