does anyone have any advice about cowboy clampers . i was recently bullied into paying 90 then 155 quid .

1. buy yourself and manual or electric tyre inflator
2. when you have been clamped, let down your tyre
3. jack car up
4. remove clamp, without damaging
5. pace clamp in by side of road
5. lower car slowly
6. inflate tyre
7. get in car, drive off.
8. smile hapilly

1. pump man in face. Make sure that it is a knockout punch
2. nick keys and any supporting documents to prove yu were there
3. remove clamp

If it happens to me I will hire an angle grinder and cut it off. This will cost less than the release charges.
I will leave all the bits there so I cannot be accused of theft. If they wish to pursue me for damaging their property I will fight them all the way.

If they persist then no doubt the press will take an interest and I will become a national celebrity. I will sell my story, and some pressure group will pick up the tab for my legal expenses.
