Outcome of driving with fog lights on?

I have recently driven with my foglights on when they were not needed, the police pulled me and i have to go to court now, what will the out come be?

Why are you going to court over it - wasn't you given the chance of being given a fixed penalty ticket ?

When I flashed them at my mate behind me once and a police man saw me he issued me with a ticket. No points just a �30 fine !!
As it is your second offence for the same thing you are going to court, using your foglights without any need for them is one of the things which annoys proper drivers the most.

Sounds like a boy racer in the making unless with any luck he's banned asap.
I did see that 007 but did not link them together until you told me, with a bit of luck he should be off the road until he grows up a bit.
