If your licence states Category B you can tow a caravan.
Rules are quite complex if you passed your test after 1 Jan 1997.
You may have to take an another test if you wish to tow a caravan or trailer.
Your Category B does not necessarily cover you, an addition test to obtain Category B+E my be needed, this can only be taken at a DSA LGV/PSV test centre.

Log on to the DSA website and you will find all the info there.
You have to take another test. Follow advice from previous post as they got it bang on.
