no MOT

I have no MOT, 2 weeks overdue. I drove my car and got hit by someone they admitted liability, there insurance is paying for the damage. i havent told anyone that i have no MOT can i get into trouble for this?

No MOT means absoutely nothing in relation to car insurance unless an item that would have failed the car on an MOT caused the accident (ie defective brakes or tyres).
We normally only check the validity (or lack of) of an MOT on:
a) total loss cases
b) theft cases
c) fraud cases
as this is where we ask for the documents.
There will be a note somewhere in your policy that a car must be in a roadworthy condition, but it's unlikely to state that it must have an MOT where applicable - don't mention it, it's not your fault, and the lack of an MOT has no bearing on this
