Speed Camera Fine
My friend has had a letter saying he was caught by a camera van doing 37 in a 30 limit.Ok he saw the van too late. The vavn was parked straddling a designated cycle section of the road. Does this make the fine not legal or should the driver/ camera operator have a fine for his offence.

why do police break the law and get away with it,speeding is wrong we all know but weve all done it,ive seen them parked in bus lanes in barnsley south yorkshire, the man who parked behind him got a ticket for using the bus lane,he pulled up to take a pic of the man in a van in bus lane, the ticket got squashed, but the man in a van still parks there, end of day why do the british people and let foreign people get away with it,its about time we got rid of kosavans and polish on our roads,im sick to death of working to pay for them, the british motorist is an easy target for money, lets put a stop to it stick together and stick to 20 mph near schools
