The works minibus has rear passenger sliding doors on both sides of the vehicle. The passenger side will not open from the outside or inside. Is it illegal to drive this vehicle?

Your firm has a duty of care to make sure the Minibus is safe that includes the Exit doors, Contact your Manager.

It would fail the mot so yes it is illegal. It is the drivers responsbility to ensure the vehicloe is roadworthy.
