1 Answers
12 years ago, my brother was caught drink driving but did not have a full licence, only a provisional
he was charged with a small fine, 12 months ban and no endorsements
he now wants to apply for his provisional again
will he be able to get a new provisional or will he have to do a medical first???

This is not usually done for a first offence, and only for subsequent offences if there is evidence that the defendant has an alcohol dependency or other alcohol related medical condition.
