Passengers for Learner Drivers
I bought my car yesterday & I've got loads of people telling me different things about what's allowed & what's not.
Straight answer please?
Are you allowed any more passengers than your supervisor driver in the front in an L plated learner car?

I'm sure you can have passengers in the car provided:
- the learner has a valid provisional licence,
- the supervisor and the learner are correctly insured
- supervisor is over 21 and must have held- and still hold- a full licence for the appropriate type of vehicle for at least 3 years
- you display 'L' plates on the front and back of the car
If in doubt go on the DVLA /Direct Gov website
