I don’t know if you are interested in a considered answer now, Bmw-Rider, after more than twelve hours of “ Chatter”, but if you are here goes:
Mag istrates’ sentencing guidelines (for England and Wales – I think they are the same in Scotland) only cover speeds up to 100mph in a 60mph zone. For that speed the recommended penalty is a fine of half a...

Do the rules only apply at weekend
There has been a fair bit of fighting on here recently. I think everyone is tired of it. I certainly am.
Please remember the following:
This site is bigger than Chatterbank.
In sections outside of Chatterbank please do not "chat".
Do not derail other's Questions. Try to answer the question. Post on topic.
Do not demand someone else explain something to you - especially if they didn't assert what you're asking them to explain.
Don't dredge up the past. No one else cares. It is very boring for those not involved in personal spats. Take it to the car-park if you must, one in Siberia preferably (don't arrange it here).
If you think someone is being indirectly nasty to you, report it, but explain with precise detail how this is. We simply don't have time to keep up with it all. Be clear and concise in your reports about bullying.
This obviously doesn't apply to all of you. There will be a few of you who are thinking: "Yes, not me, it is those others I always end up in a slagging match with."
If you've just thought this then I am talking to you in particular.
Anyone who attempts to turn any thread into a forum for personal attacks this weekend will be suspended.
All the best,

night doc, you're allowed an opinion like everyone else as long as it is on topic and sticks to the facts, fact is this BMW-Rider has openly asked what might happen, as far as I was concerned what might happen is that he gets a great deal of negative criticism and gets insulted and told exactly what people think, he did ask.
