Friday Music Thread: Songs that sound happy but are fundamentally sad in another way (or vice versa)

For example, this could be like the Flaming Lips song posted here - it sounds unhappy but is in fact a celebration of life. The ultimate eulogy-pop-song (and over in 3:33 flat).

It could be a happy sounding indie-pop song which is actually about the death of a friend (or similar). Classic example, Local boy in the photograph by Stereophonics.
