looking for an artist

I'm looking for the name an artist that put out 2 songs the first is " I Want To Have My Operation On TV" and " Husbands In Laws". My Dad had it on an old 45, my sister and I use to listen to it in the early 70's; so I know it's older than that. I would love to give it to my sister, for Christmas.
