WIld Horses Cover - which female singer is singing?

I came across this live recording and have been trying to trace the singer.

It is the one labeled as a Tori Amos cover of Wild Horses.
It's not Tori Amos - although you can see why it might be mistaken. Its has a different piano style and the singers voice is louder, deeper and more "rockier". Nor is it Charlottle Martin, Mazzy Star, the Sundays, or any other person people have suggested.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I like the Sheryl Crow theory, and it certainly sounds more like her than it does Tori Amos - except that Sheryls voice isn't so strong live (powerful I mean) so I'm not 100% sure - but it's certainly the best answer I've heard so far . . .
