Trance/House song using Sweet Lullaby sample..?

As the question says really, I'm not really sure about the distinctions between trance and house, or any dance music really, but I heard a song last Saturday whiched used the girl singing from the song Sweet Lullaby, by Deep Forest.

The song title is Komodo (Save a Soul) and it's by Italian producer Mauro Picotto.

Really? I remember that from when it came out in about 2000, and I'm pretty sure it didn't have a sample then - they used the same tune for the vocals, but as the words were in English there's no way you could mistake it for a proper sample.
