Bangor, Northern Ireland

Does anybody know if there is a pier in this town please? I am trying to find out where a group of entertainers layed on Bangor pier. They were called the Will Summerson Musical Middies @ Edwardian times. I'm hoping it is Bangor , Wales but if there is a pier in Bangor NI as well then I'll have to go back to the drawing board! I am also posting this in history and music. Thank you.

I work in Bangor, NI and no, it does not have a pier.

I don't know Bangor in Wales very well, but have been there a couple of times and yes, it does have a pier, or did you already know this?

I rooted around a bit more and found out from old council archives that the Summersons did indeed play on Bangor Pier, Wales (which is where I live). The reason I wanted to know is I collect Bangor postcards and there are a couple on E-bay showing the Summersons! Thanks one and all for your answers..
