Vicki Brown - Look for me in rainbows

I hope someone can help. my nanna left a cassette tape for us all for when she died and theres a song on it that we thought would be lovely to play at her funeral next week. i'm really struggling to find an mp3 of the song or even a shop that sells the album it features on "all about love and life". it's quite old and i'm desperate to find it. any suggestions would be very much appreciated - i've checked itunes, tesco download and various other that pop up on google.

I found a website that had that album and listed the song, but then found another that didn't - your links have cleared it up for me and I've bought it from Amazon :)
