Can anyone enlighten me about a band from the Wakefield/Barnsley/Darton area (I think) called The Gents. I believe they were around in the mid 80's, one of the guys I shared a house with at uni during that period was mates with one of them and had some self taped gigs. They did some ska type covers and I'm sure that a version of the Pink Panther theme by Henry Mancini was their "signature" tune. I saw a cassette by them in a 2nd hand record shop years ago and wish I'd bought it now.

Searching the interweb throws up very little about them (so please don't say "Google is your friend"!). I was hoping to find a discography or at least which label they recorded on.
