Amy MacDonalds Guitar

Just wondering if anybody knows the make of guitar Amy uses? It's a gorgeous looking thing. It is shown in the publicity shots on her website - kind of a flowery pick guard. Hoping for some help!

I can find out for you - I interviewed Amy for 'Acoustic' Magazine - she was the cover artist a few months ago, and obviously we did talk about her guitars. I'll find my interview on my home PC tonight, and post tomorrow - if no-one gets there first of course.

I dont watch Corrie that much so havent seen it

Amy plays a Gibson J200. It was reccomended to her by her father who plays as well - she taught herself in his guitar.

When she played T In The Park a couple of years ago, the organisers couldn't locate a J200, so they supplied her with a J150 which she told me was " a world away ..." from her J200, and she didnt like it at all.

Amy uses two guitars on stage, which she swaps over for key changes.
