Please can anyone tell me the artist/title of a song/video that was played on the TV back in the late 70's, early 80's as a in between programes filler.

I am pretty sure it was Stewart Copeland from The Police. He was dressed up in a black cloak and black hat and showed him rushing about erractically.

Not sure which record/track you're referring to but Stewart Copeland also recorded under his alter ego, Klark Kent.
