Song title about a ghost in a railway carriage please?

Hi, i'm looking for the title of a song please from about the 80's I'd guess. I can remember nothing of it at all that would help me google it other than it was a song about a ghost I think and some of the lyrics had something to do with man entering a railway carriage.
I know that its ridiculously vague, but it was quite popular at the time along with Richard Marx's Hazard ( same sort of thing) and it's now driving me mad.

and i noticed something very strange indeed
so i looked a little closer
and it chilled me to the bone
"woman throws herself from speeding train,
identity unknown"
but i recognized the picture of the woman who was dead
and underneath the picture it said
