BANANAS!!! song name needed...

hi there, i figured id start with the word bananas instead of the usual 'what was the name..' just to make things interesting.
im thining of this song, and i cannot for the life of me remember the name of it. this happens to me every time i try and remember this song, which sucks because i love it.
its going back a fair way, maybe around 2000? give or take a year or two.
basically, the video is if these two girls, and at the beggining these guys rob a bank, chuck the loot in a car, before realising these girls are in it, and then the girls make of with the money. the rest of the video is basically them being chased by police, and at the end they have a drag race with one of the coppers, who ends up crashing into a caravan. looks like it might have been set in australia, but thats just speculation. at one point they throw a paint bomb onto the windshield of a police car.
any help would be appreciated, even if its just the artist or anything that i can get a lead on.
