Pieces of music used in 09 Masterchef final

Hello all. There are five/six pieces of incidental music used during the 2009 Masterchef final that I'd love to find the title and artist for. They are 1. A funky sounding house tune when Chris is featured during the ingredients test (11:05 - 11:30), 2. 1 or 2 Breakbeat tracks used when Mat is featured during the ingredients test (12:00 - 12:25 & 12:25 - 12:58), 3. A pounding piano-based track when Andy was doing the Tuna dish in the Spanish restaurant (26:22 - 27:18), 4. A trance tune used when Chris was featured during the final test (39:17 - 39:57) and 5. An ambient/break track used when Andy was featured during the final test (40:40 - 40:55). It would appear the series is being repeated in the early hours on BBC1 so there may hope yet...
