Yes it's Down The Hall By Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. Actually it says " She moved in down the hall". I've tried to get this song but it seems to be only available on Cd. It's not on iTunes or Spotify. You have to look on Amazon and check the track listing as it's only on certain albums I think US Best of Compilations and its expensive so i never bought it. Still looking though!
