help with name of song

In the early 90's I remember watching a music video where men were dressed up as women, with ugly make up. They went into an American drugstore/supermarket and was shoving things up their dresses. it was quite a mad video to watch and the name of the band a bit unusual too. I need help with the band as well as the song. Does it ring bells with anyone?

Thanks, but that's not it. It was quite a mad song, loads of different sounds going on. Seem to recall dog barking at the start. Pretty sure one guy was wearing a yellow dress and he looked pregnant.
The band isn't as big as Aerosmith and I don't recall hearing anything else from them.
