Tuning Aiwa fx3500

I have an Aiwa FX3500 video but no instructions. I have managed to tune in 4 of the 5 terrestial channels but when I tune in the 5th I lose 1 of the other 4. Everything else is fine so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.
Can anybody help?
