The section of the original film is taken from a longer version which dr pop quite rightly says is set in Paris.
The original shows a Ferrari bombing around the streets of Paris (shot in the late 1960s I believe), features no music, just the sound of the beautiful Ferrari purring and screeching around at high speeds. The Snow Patrol video does it no justice!
