Did you not get software with your MP3 player to allow you to do this?

The software only explains how download from the internet, and then install. But I don,t know how to transfer a CD to my computer quickley. Thanks.
This is the reason I have an iPod and iTunes. Fool proof!!
There are quite a few free, easy to use downloads available. I rather like Music Match Jukebox - does a lot more than just ripping CDs to mp3, but it's fairly easy to use. I also believe (although I haven't used it) that Windows Media Player versions 10 or 11 will also let you rip straight to mp3 (unlike earlier versions which stupidly forced you to use Windows own wma format). Hope this helps.
using your computer you can down load free software to use which i do and its easy
