Trying to locate song.

Hi, I am searching for a song that I heard many years ago, The first lines were, 'Theres a man they call the Dreamaker - and he's making dreams come true.' with a very simple melody.
I saw someone else was looking for it as well.
I now have a request posted in the Scottish Variety Hall Magazine. If I find it I will post it here. In the meantime any further info would be appreciated. Cheers poohpooh.(^_^).

Hi Joe,Thanks for your input. I have listened to this song you mention by Cliff and it is not the one I am after. The one I want is one I heard in a Scottish Variety show approx 45yrs ago. I now wonder if it was a homemade version by the artist at the time. I cannot remember his name. Cheers poohpooh.(^_^).
