Old record called Louise?

Can anybody help please.
Many years ago there was a record called Louise?
I think. I don't know who sang it or if it was definitely called Louise. All I can remember are the words:

"Louise, Louise, oh you're such a strange girl,
you look just like an angel, Louise, Louse.

Can anyone recognise this song or am I having a senior moment - it is driving me bonkers.

Oh dear - you've got me going now too. I remember it I think but the record I'm thinking of is much older than Human League. I thought it was somebody like Chuck Berry. What do you think?

Thanks to all of you who tried to help me out. It was definitely not Eloise or the Human League version. I was pleased to see that it rang a bell with malpals but I dont think it was Chuck Berry either. Thank you - I shall keep trying.
