Middle eastern/Eygptian (modern) tune

This is a very vague question!! but there is a piece of music which sounds egyptian (albeit modern) that is often used on TV - usually something like the Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix or something similar.

I can hum it (badly!!) but cant give any more clues

Any help would be massively appreciated
