Hallelujah Guitar bit - How difficult?

How difficult would it be to play the guitar bit from Hallelujah? Is it relatively easy or lots of chords to learn/difficult chords to learn?

If anyone knows which ones are necessary and how many, I'd like to know.

.if I remember correctly............the lyrics give the chords used............................i.e

assuming key of C major

major lift..........C Major
fourth...............F Major
fifth...................G7
minor fall.........A minor

He has a video lesson for hallelujah, and lots of other well known songs, he is very good.

Actually you guys have done that for me already. You've been so helpful it would be rude not to at least try and learn to play the song.
