FAO Looby (and anyone else who may know) - Translucent Face Powder!
8 Answers
Hi Looby,
http://www.theanswerb.../Question1054588.html
^^^ On that thread you recommended some superdrugs face powder. I went in there to get some on Sunday and I looked at what I think is their own range but all the powders I saw seemed to be compressed powders and were different shades. Does tranluscent powder come in a shade then? You couldn't pop a picture up so I know exactly what I'm looking for could you?
Also, can you use without any foundation on? I rarely wear foundation.
Thank you! :c)
Cheers

yes, id imagine you could dust a little over your face without wearing a foundation underneath.
maybe get a compressed one aswell, to keep in your bag for any little shiney touch ups in the day.
if you need any more help, just let us know :o)

I've always used Rimmels Stay Matte Pressed Powder which is about £3.99 from superdrug.
I would say if you are going to use it on it's own without foundation, that a mineral powder would be good. They are very light on the skin but give a slight coverage as well (Translucent powder would just take shine away).
I know Maybelline do a Loose Mineral powder for around £3.99. xx

I've tried a few different mineral powders and this one is by far the best - it's really light and gives you a nice glow without leaving your face looking dry. I usually find minerals accentuate my pores, but not with this.

Morning!
Thank you everyone for your answers. I'm a bit spoilt for choice now which unfortunately means I end up even more confused if I haven options!
What's this mineral powder stuff then? I don't really want anything with coverage, I'm happy with just a bit of blush and some eye brightner thingy for daily wear.
