Thinking of doing htis for my birthday as a laugh, anyone been on one? How cheap / exxensive are they?

I've been on a few and they do vary. But they can be great fun, especially if you enter into the spirit of things. I've always enjoyed them - plenty of food, drink, company and entertainment -what's not to like?
Ones I've been on have been about �25 a head, not including drinks.
I've been on a weekend one too - more expensive obviously - but enjoyed that too.

I have been to one evening and it really depends on who you invite as not everyone is willing to dress up and play the part which ruins i for everyone else. I'd love to go to a proper weekend though. Great fun.
