You are probably thinking about 'Bad Lieutenant with Harvey Keitel. When i first saw the movie at the cinema in about 1993., the soundtrack had Schoolly D doing 'Significant Raprer' which is a sample of 'Kashmir' with rap lyrics over the top, it was used duing a rape scene in the film, but Jimmy Page never gave permision so it was removed from all subsequent releaeses and the soundtrack, etc. Check it out the YouTube video of the song, it's awesome!
