I think we all see these songs through our own eyes and circumstances, This Hollies version of this song was played at my H younger brothers funeral who sadly died at age 47. Jim Croce was the same, bloody awful to have only found him just as he was lost. I played his songs at work constantly and people would just buy the albums.
