When Half A Person by The Smiths was played during the 1987 Festive 50 countdown on John Peel's show, it was prefaced by a teenage American girl saying "One of us isn't old enough to drive, two of us aren't old enough to vote, none of us aren't (sic) old enough to drink and three of us don't have pubes".

Does anyone know where the quote came from?
