closing theme world cup qualifier 26.03.05

I heard this song ages ago on Virgin Radio - sent them an email and they never replied!  Imagine my surprise just now when I heard it as the closing tune on BBC Grandstand's World Cup Qualifier - England v Northern Ireland!!  Maybe at last I'm about to find out who sung it!  The chorus says "nothing's gonna change" ... or maybe "something's gonna change" - sorry for being so vague - CAN ANYONE FINALLY HELP ME?!
