It's in Adelboden, Hummingbird.

It's a Swiss ski resort (but open all year, obviously).

I went there a few years ago (to a different hotel) and I wanted to surprise the BF.

And I stumbled across this very jolly hotel.

I'm tempted, just because of the pool.
