Does this motherboard support an E8500 processor by intel? if not, whats its dimensions, so I can replace it (the MOBO I mean)?

And it looks like a standard ATX motherboard...
(is it really worth spending this much on this system.... you'll probably have to upgrade the power supply if you want to fit a better graphics card, add the costs of everything together and your getting close to the cost of system)

Yeah, i'll definatly have to upgrade the PSU, it says ''200 - 240" so i'm thinking more 200w than 240w...
I'd like to keep this computer, as I love the case for some reason...
I don't mind splashing out on a new PSU, GPU, CPU, MOBO and RAM, which it looks like i'm gonna have to if I replace the MOBO.
Would that CPU be ok on my PSU atm? And it says 64bit instruction set, does this mean i'll need a 64bit OS or can it work with my 32bit?
