I met him, he came into the record store where I worked in 1976 he was standing next to me and we had to hold the counter up as the kids trying to rip his clothes off were pushing it over.

I though 1986 was a pretty rubbish year for music but so far I've enjoyed Peter Frampton, Mud, Gallagher and Lyle and Marc Bolan/T Rex. I don't know why this Murray Head song is on though- never made the top 50 I'm sure
if it;s the showing where they put 1996 on straight after garth is on that one

1986, the memories come flooding back..........

Summer, 2 weeks into my second tour of Northern Ireland and it was my 21st birthday.
If memory serves me correctly the main hits that stick out for me was Human by the Human League plus two or three hit singles from Fleetwood Mac's album Tango In The Night.
