Just drove to the library, and had Tony Blackburn on doing Pick Of The Pops.
I know we can't have Fluff back, but TB is a huge improvement on Dale Winton. He has had a load of sixties-sounding jingles made, and he still has the same depricating sense of humour, so it's wonderful to listen to him.
Enjoyed The Rubettes, who, apart from the seriously campy records and style, have seriously wonderful voices. I saw them in a revival show, and they did an a capella version of 'After The Goldrush' that made me cry!
