I've searched everywhere this last couple of days, you know when something's stuck in your head - well, I'm reckoning it was around 10 years ago - same sort of era as Dejure, Sanctuary - I did think it was from a Seb Fontain CD (prototype) but may have been Ornadel or Oakenfold.

So, "it's killing me, I've got something in me, I've got an e.........."

If you google "killing me" quite a few suggestions come up, I can't see anything exactly matching what you are looking for.

Sounds very much like it's 'Signum - What Ya Got 4 Me'. A trance classic!

There are a fair few remixes of this so you might have to look around for the specific mix you are after. I've posted a link to the original mix (and my fave mix!). The vocal drops around 3 minutes in.
