On a train, one of its lyrics was,

 " I am on a train, its insane"

I am prity sure the song your refering too is by the brit pop band, DODGY also, any of their  album's is definatly worth your hard earn mollah. As they also did well known songs, staying out for the summer, and if it is good enough for you (its good enough for me, scobba dobba dee)
